Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. Hunan Huaihua Petroleum Branch is the direct operational entity of Sinopec Corporation (A-share: 600028; H-share: 00386) in Huaihua City, functioning as a local implementation unit of a state-controlled large-scale energy distribution enterprise. It fulfills regional responsibilities for ensuring stable supply of refined petroleum products, emergency transportation and allocation, and construction of energy infrastructure. The company’s core businesses include retail, wholesale, storage, and distribution of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and natural gas (CNG/LNG). Concurrently, it has expanded into integrated energy services such as Yijie convenience stores, automobile services, advertising and media, public EV charging, and photovoltaic (PV) canopy stations. The company holds valid licenses including the Hazardous Chemicals Operating Permit, Refined Oil Retail Operating Approval Certificate, and Gas Operating Permit. All its stations are connected to the National Oil & Gas Regulatory Platform and have completed record-filing for dual-random inspections. Significant progress has been achieved in green, low-carbon transformation: 18 public fast-charging stations (with maximum single-station power output of 240 kW) and five demonstration PV canopy stations are already operational. The company actively participates in Hunan Province’s “14th Five-Year Plan” for charging and battery-swapping infrastructure development. In 2024, sales revenue from Yijie non-fuel business increased by 12.3% year-on-year, while local agricultural product promotion and sales of proprietary-brand products continued to rise.
