Yingkou Jiachen Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. is an energy and chemical enterprise specializing in coke production, coke oven gas purification and comprehensive utilization, and deep processing of coal tar, and is a subsidiary of Liaoning Jiachen Holding Group Co., Ltd. The company’s core businesses encompass coke production; production and sales of chemical products including coke, coal tar, crude benzene, ammonium sulfate, hydrogen, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and synthetic ammonia; and supporting services such as waste-heat power generation and industrial gas supply. Leveraging its independently developed “Fractional Distillation and Lightening/Modification Technology for Coal Tar” (Chinese national invention patent ZL202110328765.2), its 300,000-ton-per-year coal tar processing project achieves a light oil recovery rate of 28.6%, approximately four percentage points higher than the industry average. All production and business operations are concentrated within Yingkou City, Liaoning Province; the company currently conducts no overseas investment or international business activities.
