Hunan Meite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Ningxiang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and customized manufacturing of advanced inorganic non-metallic materials, currently operating at a mature industrialization stage. In 2022, the company was selected as a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise; in 2023, it passed the re-evaluation for Hunan Province’s Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprise designation. The company’s core business focuses on high-performance alumina, zirconia, and silicon nitride-based ceramic structural components and functional parts. Its products are widely applied across multiple sectors, including precision components for semiconductor equipment (e.g., electrostatic chucks’ base plates and reactor chamber liners), thermal management systems for new-energy vehicles (e.g., sealing rings for electric-drive liquid-cooling plates), core components for high-end medical imaging equipment, protective sheaths for high-temperature aerospace sensors, and wear-resistant components for industrial automation.  

The company has established an end-to-end proprietary process chain covering “high-purity raw material purification—nanoscale powder dispersion and shaping control—atmosphere-precise sintering—ultra-precision ceramic machining,” enabling integrated forming of complex, irregular geometries. Its multilayer co-fired alumina ceramic substrates achieve a yield rate of 92.6%, with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm and relative density ≥ 99.8% of theoretical density. The company has obtained certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and GJB 9001C–2017 (Quality Management System for Weapons and Equipment). It holds the “License for Scientific Research and Production of Weapons and Equipment” (WZKJ20210128) and has completed confidentiality qualification registration. It has led the formulation of two group standards and participated in the revision of the national standard “Alumina for Industrial Use” (GB/T 24487–2023). It currently holds 37 valid invention patents and 52 utility model patents.  

Representative achievements include: delivering over 120,000 high-purity alumina components to domestic semiconductor equipment manufacturers such as NAURA and Topray in 2023; supplying silicon nitride ceramic sealing rings for installation in over 400,000 vehicles produced by automakers including BYD and NIO in 2024; and undertaking the development task for low-radioactivity alumina optical window substrates for the Jiangmen Neutrino Experiment under the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (background radiation rate ≤ 0.35 mBq/kg). Its products are exported to Germany, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia; overseas revenue accounted for 28.3% of total revenue in 2023. The company has entered the supply chains of Kyocera, Samsung SDI, and TRUMPF, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the European Ceramic Association for technical validation of corrosion-resistant ceramic bipolar plates for hydrogen electrolyzers, supporting collaboration models involving technology licensing, engineering implementation, and consortium-based cooperation.
