Dalian Xinhongrui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Jinpu New Area of Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of high-performance functional fillers, inorganic nanocomposites, and environmentally friendly modified auxiliaries. The company is currently at the mid-industrialization stage, having completed pilot-scale amplification and achieved stable batch supply. The company’s core business covers three major areas:  
(1) High-thermal-conductivity fillers—including spherical alumina, boron nitride, and silica powder—used in thermal interface materials for new-energy vehicle battery modules, heat-dissipation substrates for 5G base stations, and LED packaging;  
(2) Surface-controllably modified inorganic powders treated with coupling agents, enhancing mechanical properties and interfacial compatibility in engineering plastics, rubber, and adhesive systems;  
(3) Low-VOC eco-friendly auxiliaries for green building materials and waterborne coatings, including ultrafine hollow glass microspheres, modified mica, and bio-based dispersants/stabilizers.  

Its core technology relies on an integrated process combining “multi-stage gradient temperature-controlled pneumatic grinding” and “plasma surface activation,” enabling precise control of spherical alumina’s D50 at 15 ± 1.2 μm (CV ≤ 4.8%), thermal conductivity of 32.6 W/(m·K), and dielectric loss tangent < 0.0012 @ 1 MHz. The company has filed 14 invention patent applications (9 granted, including 1 U.S. patent), 8 utility model patents, and 2 software copyrights.  

It has obtained certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018; holds the “Level-3 Standardized Enterprise for Safety Production (Hazardous Chemicals)” certificate; and has issued an IATF 16949 automotive supply chain quality management system transitional compliance statement. The company supplies customized high-purity spherical alumina thermal conductive fillers to CATL’s Kirin battery modules, delivering 126 tons in 2025. In collaboration with Nippon Paint China, it developed mica modified specifically for waterborne metallic anticorrosive coatings, now incorporated into the supply chains of CIMC Vehicles and XCMG Group. It also undertakes the sub-project “Interfacial Regulation Mechanism of Highly Stable Nanofillers in Solid Electrolytes” under China’s National Key R&D Program.  

In 2025, its export value reached RMB 18.47 million, with shipments to South Korea (41%), Germany (29%), and Vietnam (17%). Customers include LG Chem, Henkel AG, and VinFast. All exported products have completed REACH registration and RoHS 2.0 compliance certification, and the company possesses authorization to use the CE marking.
