Dalian Kerun Industrial Gas Plant was established in 2003 and is located in Yingchengzi Subdistrict, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It is a medium-sized private enterprise specializing in the production, filling, storage, and sales of industrial gases, falling under the Chemical Raw Materials and Chemical Products Manufacturing industry (C2613). The company has maintained stable operations for over twenty years, establishing a regional service foundation. Its core business covers the preparation and supply of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, acetylene, mixed gases, and specialty gases. Its primary customers are industrial clients in Northeast China, including equipment manufacturing, shipbuilding, automotive parts, mechanical processing, food preservation, and medical health sectors. Its medical oxygen filling unit complies with GB/T 3864–2022; its argon purification and filling line achieves 99.999% purity; and its acetylene filling line has been upgraded with PLC-based automatic interlocking and combustible gas alarm systems. Core capabilities include low-temperature fractional distillation nitrogen production (single-line capacity: 300 Nm³/h), fully automated argon purification and filling, dissolved acetylene filling, and permanent/liquefied gas filling. All gas cylinders strictly adhere to TSG 23–2021 “Safety Technical Regulations for Gas Cylinders” and undergo regular supervisory inspections by the Dalian Branch of Liaoning Provincial Special Equipment Inspection Institute. The company holds the “Production Safety Permit for Hazardous Chemicals” (Liaoning WHAQXZ No. [2022] 02-0087, valid until December 21, 2025) and the “Gas Cylinder Filling Permit” ((Liaoning) TS4221035-2026), and has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification (Certificate No.: 00122Q3123456R1M, valid until August 20, 2025). Notable achievements include being selected consecutively for three years (2021–2023) into the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology’s “Key Industrial Chain Supporting Enterprises Directory (New Materials and Basic Chemicals Category)”; providing long-term gas support services to enterprises such as Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., CSSC Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., and FAW Jiefang Dalian Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.; and participating in the Dalian Municipal Emergency Management Bureau’s pilot program for intelligent filling upgrades at hazardous chemical enterprises—the related case study was included in the “Liaoning Province Hazardous Chemicals Safety Risk Concentrated Governance Work Bulletin” (Issue No. 4, 2023). Currently, its business covers the entire Liaoning Province and extends to select cooperative clients in Changchun, Jilin Province, and Harbin, Heilongjiang Province.
