An Dao Mai Hui Feng (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is located in the Marine Economic Development Zone of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Established in 2021 as a Sino-foreign joint venture for intelligent manufacturing of pesticide formulations, the company is jointly founded by Syngenta Group, part of China National Chemical Corporation, and Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 200 million RMB, the company officially began production in March 2022. Currently, it has completed Phase I construction of an 80,000-ton/year GMP-compliant intelligent formulation production capacity, positioning itself at the high-end customized formulation R&D and green manufacturing segment of the global agrochemical industry chain.

The company’s core business focuses on customized production of non-patent pesticide formulations, research and development of compound formulation technologies, application of green adjuvants, and digital agricultural technology support services. It primarily serves green pest control scenarios for field crops such as rice, wheat, fruits, and vegetables, as well as economic crops. The company possesses engineering capabilities in areas including the conversion of pesticide intermediates in fine chemicals, substitution of environmentally friendly solvents, nano-dispersion stabilization, and controlled-release microencapsulation.

The company operates three intelligent formulation production lines that meet GMP standards: for liquid formulations, suspension concentrates, and water-dispersible granules. Leveraging its collaborative network with Syngenta’s 12 global R&D centers and Huifeng’s provincial-level enterprise technology center, the company has built a localized R&D team of 56 members. Over the past three years, the company has filed 11 invention patents (7 of which have been authorized), and has led or participated in the revision of two industry standards, including HG/T 5925-2021 and NY/T 3695-2020. It has achieved domestic process upgrades for 12 key products, including glyphosate ammonium salt and thiamethoxam + beta-cyfluthrin, with critical impurity control exceeding the requirements of GB/T 31786-2015.

The company holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, and is licensed to produce pesticides under the “Pesticide Production License” (Pesticide Prod. Lic. (Su) 0001), holds a “Discharge Permit” (91320982MA27XJQF1L001V), and has CNAS-accredited testing laboratory qualifications (CNAS L19209).

Notable achievements include undertaking the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ “Green Control Pesticide Alternative Demonstration Project,” successfully deploying large-scale applications of specialized suspension concentrates for aerial spraying on 217,000 mu of rice fields across Jiangsu, Anhui, and Henan provinces. As a key implementing unit of the National Key R&D Program “Integration and Demonstration of Chemical Pesticide Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement Technologies,” its low-temperature stable formulation of abamectin + indoxacarb was included in the “2024 National List of Green Control Products for Crop Diseases and Pests.”

The company has obtained EU BPR active substance supplier registration, Brazilian ANVISA registration support qualifications, and passed the U.S. EPA supply chain compliance audit. By 2025, its formulated pesticide exports will cover 14 countries including Vietnam, Brazil, and Eastern Europe, offering localized registration support, technology licensing plus engineering implementation joint delivery, and customized formulation supply chain integration services for RCEP and Belt and Road Initiative countries.
