In response to the characteristics of large-scale, integrated, and intensive refining and chemical integration projects, suppliers must possess specialized technical capabilities in full-process process integration for refining and chemical integration, EPC general contracting for large-scale chemical engineering, and cross-border compliance implementation.
I. Core Specialized Technical Capabilities
Integrated Process Integration and Optimization for Refining and Chemical Industries: Proficient in core refining and chemical process technologies such as crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation, fluid catalytic cracking, hydrofining/hydrocracking, aromatics complex, and ethylene cracking. Capable of achieving multi-unit process linkage and efficient connection of energy and materials, possessing customized optimization capabilities for energy saving, consumption reduction, and capacity enhancement in refining and chemical integration projects to match the large-scale production requirements of major projects.
International Standard Chemical Engineering Design Capability: Possess chemical engineering design capabilities compliant with international and domestic standards such as ISO, API, and GB. Capable of completing overall planning of refining and chemical parks, PFD/P&ID drawing design, and formulation of civil and electromechanical integration solutions. Able to undertake full-process design work for chemical engineering EPC projects, adapting to the standard requirements of cross-border refining and chemical projects under the "Belt and Road" initiative.
Safety, Environmental Protection, and Low-Carbon Technology Implementation Capability: Proficient in safety regulations for the refining and chemical industry, including HAZOP analysis and SIL classification. Possess capabilities in comprehensive governance of wastewater, waste gas, and solid waste, as well as the application of low-carbon technologies such as CCUS carbon capture and recovery of waste heat and pressure, meeting the environmental protection and "Dual Carbon" policy requirements of refining and chemical integration projects.
TEPCSM Full-Process Supporting Technical Capability: Capable of connecting all links including technology R&D, engineering design, equipment procurement, construction and installation, on-site services, and technical renovation services. Provide full-lifecycle technical support for refining and chemical integration projects to ensure efficient connection and implementation at each stage of the project.
